“The highlight of our time in Switzerland. Our guide, Dominique, was super fun and extremely knowledgable. She knew the answer to every question we asked and we really enjoyed our time with her. Although it's possible and pretty easy to do the trip without a guide, I would really recommend booking a guide. It removes all of the stress and allows you to learn a lot more about Switzerland than you would without one. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone that has a free day in Switzerland! The Swiss Alps are amazing, and the meal on the train was delicious.”

“First you cancel our tour that was confirmed before we arrived to Zurich ( under my wife name) later on we do another reservation( under my name) for our last day at Zurich ( Feb 7 2026) and as per our bad experience with the other reservation, my wife begins to send message at the App because we were at the meeting point since 9:20.... 9:30 and as the time pass NO ONE CAME IN asking for our names, NObody with any ID we could identify, we asked several people around, some time looks like guides and we try to call and call does not go thru NO ONE came…”

“I highly recommend staying overnight in interlaken, we got more time to explore. The organisation or the tour was a little confusing and I felt the your guides were unsure as well. We were the only ones on our tour group to stay overnight, everyone else did day trips. We arrived in interlaken, where we only had about 45mins, so we checked in and walked back to the bus which then took us into grindelwald. We walked through this town and had lunch and then caught the train back to interlaken to our accommodation. Everyone on the day trip got a train ticket from grindlewald to interlaken included, however us…”
