“The tram ride itself was excellent, but the organization was terrible. We ordered our tickets just two days in advance (not two months in advance). Our confirmation email said the starting point was in Martim Moniz square, about a 20 minute walk from our hotel. The starting point was actually in Commerce square, about 20 minutes in the opposite direction. I advise you to call and talk to a real person before you believe what your confirmation email says.”

“Overall it was a good value for the money. We enjoyed the boat ride on a sunny afternoon in Lisbon and saw the beautiful monuments from the water. Then we took both bus routes- modern and Belém. Unfortunately in the Belém route the driver never stopped at stops 8 and 9. Then we had to get off at 10 ( the monastery) and backtrack in the rain with our granddaughter in her stroller. We asked the driver but he said he stopped but he did not. We pressed the button multiple times! It also would help if the commentary did give stop numbers too.”

“Flávio was good guide who was friendly and knowledgeable. The guide was fun and the cycle along the coast was a real highlight. The tour did not include visiting inside the historic sights but that was fine for us. Flávio answered all the history questions we had and his English and Spanish language skills were brilliant- highly recommend this tour if you are looking for an active tour in a small group that makes the most of Lisbon.”
