“Great experience. Everyone was extremely professional, communicated clearly and made sure we had a great experience during our visit to the palace. Most importantly, our tour consisted of only 2 people plus the guide, and nothing was cancelled. “Tour guide was amazing. No bus specifically for the tour. Bus to Pompeii was full and tour officials just said “oh well you just find your own way and if you miss the meet up time you kiss the tour”. We had to pay for a taxi up, luckily taxi man saw the opportunity and offered cheaper services because he saw 10+ from the same group tour that were misleading sans had no ride to the tour that started in 15 min”

Expect preserved homes, ancient artifacts, a short walk from the station, and optional Pompeii add-on.

“After reading a few negative reviews I was a little apprehensive about this trip but it ended up being a holiday highlight. The transport was explained to us at the train station and we were able to use the tourist train which has just started running. Clear stops so no issues with a language barrier and guaranteed seats. Fabio was a great guide at Herculaneum and there was a lot to see. Many more intact buildings than at Pompeii so a fascinating insight into life before the eruption. Straightforward to catch the train back and a short 10 minute walk to the station. Highly recommended - I enjoyed this more…”
